Poor customer service & their inventory tracking has major issues

Poor customer service and their inventory is extremely off.
I really wanted to support Hypland because I LOVED their product selection but I have ordered 4 things from them and 2 items got refunded. First I ordered as XS akatsuki puffer that I saved up for only for it to be refunded a whole MONTH later with no updates. No communication or anything. I had to reach out multiple times via Instagram, Facebook, email, and the only one who replied was their twitter.. who then told me their inventory might have been off... I was so heart broken cause this jacket sold out and you can't find anyone selling them. A month or two later I decided to take another chance, cause ya know, your girl didn't learn her lesson, I ordered an akatsuki hoodie which arrived so I thought the first one must have been an inventory fluke. After the hoodie, I was feeling a little more comfortable with Hypland so I purchased an akastuki pajama set (yes I know I'm a little obsessed) LITERALLY MINUTES after launch, MINUTES. Confirmed and everything, I was super excited.
I waited quite a while cause you know their shipping is..slow and doesn't come with great tracking, only to find they sent me JUST THE TOP... That is a 50% fulfillment rate .... they JUST now informed me (literally 2 weeks have passed since I received the top) that they refunded the pants because they're suddenly out of stock even though I ordered MINUTES after launch... I literally got the text update and was on their site within seconds of getting the message. I wanna support them so bad because their company is unique but I can't keep doing this guessing game of whether or not I'll actually get the things I ordered.
I would be willing to come back if they fixed their inventory issues and worked on their customer service. I get they're a small company but this is how small companies go under; by treating your customers poorly.

OVERPRICED. I got One tie died jacket in the mail that could have been done at home.

I ordered A Hinata hoodie and My Hinata hoodie came unsewed!!! I paid $110 for this and got no refund or discount after sending a email with photos for evidence. The patch eventually fell off and I had To sew it on myself. Pathetic!!!! That was the only part on my jacket that fully represented Naruto. The rest is a tie die that can be done at home. So i ended up with a tie died jacket and a Hinata patch that fully fell off. Not worth the cost!!! Leaving this review everywhere possible as a warning for what to expect. This company does not work around customer satisfaction and their needs. They only care about the money they bring in. They do not care how hard you word for your money.
I clearly Could have bought each piece separate and could have made my own version for a lower cost!!! Thanks Hypland.

Not the best experience I’ve had tbh. A bit of a letdown.

It took a while to ship but because of COVID guidelines I understood. I did, however, end up having to reach out because it was past the 10 day mark they were saying. Once I reached out, they shipped it. Now don’t get me wrong, I ADORE this hoodie! Lee (from Naruto) is my favorite character and I was SO EXCITED to see his character! BUT when I opened my package it had a horrible smell — like bleach and chemicals? I had to douse myself in body spray to cover it. And the seams are literally ripping, the stitches are all sticking out and messy. Overall just not great quality, seems very cheaply made and is literally falling apart, which for a $98 hoodie, is beyond disappointing. It’s not a bad company by any means, and I’m considering ordering one of their rugs, but the material isn’t great, it’s falling apart, and had a distinctly horrible smell. Kinda bummed given the money I spent.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever . Been waiting 10 days for shipping information. I’ve reached out multiple times to cancel my order with no response. They are horrible

Absolutely terrible experience all around, buyer beware.

I purchased two hoodies from Hypland's InuYasha drop on January 29. I got my order in within the first 10 minutes of the drop going live. 2-3 weeks go by and still no shipment notification, no big deal. I go to the Hypland Twitter and start seeing a ton of people already have their InuYasha merch. Hypland made tweets claiming orders are shipped in the order they are received. So at this point I'm curious as to why mine wasn't shipped because it was placed literally within 10 minutes of the drop going live. - Again, no big deal as long as everything ships and arrives safely.
Feb 19th I receive my shipment notification. Two weeks go by and the tracking has not moved from "pending acceptance" in LA. I contact Hypland the second week of March and they give me a pre-written "be patient" response, at this point I'm going on a month and a half without my order and am growing impatient. I contacted USPS myself and they told me something most likely went wrong with the shipment process because it is a priority package that has not moved from pending acceptance in weeks. USPS advises I contact the shipper.
I decide to give it another week and see if anything changes with the tracking. Fast forward to the following week: nothing changes. I contact customer service again and am practically BEGGING them to just send me a replacement because I REALLY want these hoodies. Again I receive a pre-written email telling me that my order could not be fulfilled because it was "backordered" or sold out. This is BS and a complete and total lie. My order was placed within TEN MINUTES of the drop going live and I have a legitimate tracking number and email telling me this order has shipped.
ANOTHER week goes by and I still do not have the refund which Hypland told me would be back to my original payment method within 2-3 business days. At this point I'm 110% done with this TRASH company and file a dispute with my credit card company. I will never purchase a single item from this disgrace of a company again, nor will they see a single ounce of support from me. Couldn't even get an actual human being to speak to me and work with me on a compromise here.
AVOID HYPLAND AT ALL COSTS!!!

Really bad customer experience

Really bad experience ordering with Hypland, I ordered a tie-dye hoodie from their newer Inuyasha collection. They recommended sizing up from your normal size, which I did but the hoodie was still too small for me.
I simply wanted to exchange it for a larger size. They said their policy was that they wouldn't return my money and will only give store credit.
They also don't pay return shipping, so I had to pay extra money to send my hoodie back. They said it would take 3 days to process the return after the item was shipped then they would give me store credit, well that 3 days turned into 5 days, which then turned into 8 days so in total with shipping the whole process took about a month of waiting.
By the time they finally got around to giving me back store credit they didn't even have the item I wanted in stock anymore, so essentially I paid extra money with shipping to receive store credit that I can't use on the item I want while Hypland got their item back and my money and I'm left sitting here hoping maybe they will release something else I can use my useless store credit on, sucks.

HAVENT RECIEVED MY PACKAGE IN ALMOST A MONTH!!

I ordered my package on the 3rd of February hoping it would arrive before Valentine’s day. It is now February 24th. My package has still not moved from LA, I live in Colorado. The delay with my package is absolutely ridiculous.
I contacted their customer service which was quick to respond which I give the two stars for, but there is no reason for such a delay. Never ordering from this company again. Worried that I am not even going to receive my package!!

amazing!!

this is the best place to buy amazing anime merch. it may be expensive but it's so worth it. I bought a hoodie and it came in only 5 days!! the quality is amazing and it keeps me so warm. they even gave me a free HYPLAND bracelet and sticker!! this was so worth it. the hoodie looks exactly like the picture on website and HYPLAND always looks out for their costumers. I would definitely buy from HYPLAND again. but I'm broke rn :(

I bought a hoodie from hypeland

I bought a hoodie from hypeland. It took about 3 weeks from the day I ordered it for it to arrive at my door which I think is good considering I ordered it from the US to the UK and also because of covid . When I contacted them they got back to me within 24 hours which is really good. They also offer tracking for your package. The actual hoodie is great quality my first time ordering I definitely recommend.
UPDATE - just an update that they charge tax on top of my package so take that into consideration when ordering. If I had known that before I would’ve been more hesitant but I just love the hoodie so much that I don’t mind anymore

Great Quality

I LOVE their products. The clothes were made out of quality material and they looked exactly like the website. Very true to size.
